At IKEA, I am responsible for overseeing and implementing the visual merchandising strategies across the Plan and Order Points in the DMV market. As the Remodel Project Leader I lead and guide the visual planning team, ensuring consistency across all departments and give guidance and support to the team. l oversee all project management activities, ensuring that timing, needs, and priorities are aligned across all store development projects to drive the synergistic and efficient use of resources and services. Utilizing Revit software, I ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency all while planning the store’s layout. Additionally, I conduct visual workshops to train and develop talent, fostering growth and expertise within the team.
