At H&M, I am responsible for overseeing the visual merchandising in our top door store in the NoVA market that is also top 100 globally. I created and maintained a floor plan with an annual sales volume of $15M to $20M. I also planned and led visual development meetings and talent workshops to help train, develop and recruit visual talent in the NoVA market.
