At COS I led all visual display execution in all stores within East Coast territory seasonally and supported store openings within the North American Market. I also coordinated with Area HR and Area Visual Manager to train and develop retail talent into successful Visual Leaders for the East Coast Market. I also conducted store visits and reviewed all store results on each visit with store leadership to identify opportunities and create an action plan and training initiative.
