Club Monaco

At Club Monaco I oversaw the growth and development of the men’s department amongst 5 stores in the Southern Californian market and boosted sales by organizing visual workshops. By managing the planning and implementation of company merchandising, this resulted in a 30% increase in men’s business. I also created and maintained a floor plan that conveyed a high-end boutique atmosphere with an annual sales volume of $4.2M.
